After being named one of the sexiest cars on the New York auto show in 2011, the new version of the GT500 Super Snake (available in both coupe and convertible in) not only offers impressive horsepower, also gives the customer the possibility customized at will of the fireball.

Motivated by the many requests to create a package for the 2013 Shelby GT500 technicians worked in collaboration with Ford Racing to create this stunning car that is able to dispense 662 HP in its basic modification, which is carried up to 850 HP with the summation of various improvements (road legal).

The HP 662 configuration includes a six-speed manual transmission with shorter ratios, revised suspension, cooling pack, 20-inch wheels shod in high-performance, new exhaust system, brakes Wildwood, cooling intakes for back brakes and fiberglass hood. All this can be added a supercharger that increases the power to 850 HP.

As for aesthetics, the buyer can choose between different shades for the sporty lines of the bodywork and wheels, matching all the available palette of standard GT500. Inside, two-tone leather upholstery available and you can see the logo of the Super Snake in headrests and carpets among others.

The base price for the 662 HP versions is $ 28,995 and $ 39,995 for the 850 HP without including in both cases the value of the car that is used as a base. Only 500 units will be manufactured in the 2013 Shelby GT500 Super Snake.
